One connected relationship view
See the business, every important contact, past conversations, current needs, event activity, open promises, and responsible Chamber staff.

Centervert proposes a relationship intelligence platform that helps Chamber staff personally know, serve, and engage more businesses through human-supervised text and email.
Jordan is building a new supervisor bench and may benefit from next month’s leadership roundtable.
This proposal promises the product described below. Screen design and technical implementation may evolve through co-design, but the written user-visible behaviors define the proposed product. Other ideas are not guaranteed unless both organizations add them to the final written agreement.
It is the daily place where Chamber staff can understand relationships, communicate personally, coordinate events, and follow through—with technology helping in the background and people making the important decisions.
See the business, every important contact, past conversations, current needs, event activity, open promises, and responsible Chamber staff.
The system can summarize, prepare messages, answer approved routine questions, and help with follow-up using that representative’s style and rules.
Investors use normal text and email. Staff choose when assistance observes, drafts, waits for approval, acts within narrow rules, pauses, or hands over.
Move from event purpose to the right audience, personal invitations, conversational intent, staff handoffs, event-day context, and useful follow-up.
A human-supervised relationship and communication layer that helps Chamber staff personally serve more businesses.
It is not a replacement for Chamber staff, a second CRM, a mass-marketing tool, an event registration system, or unrestricted automation.
Approved programs, benefits, policies, events, resources, and answers.
Style, schedule, expertise, boundaries, approvals, and escalation preferences.
Source-linked interests, needs, preferences, history, commitments, and corrections.
The relationship platform owns the day-to-day conversation, memory, event engagement, handoffs, tasks, and control state. Only approved information moves between them after the Chamber’s licensed access is validated.
Not assumed: full bidirectional synchronization, every field, SSO, arbitrary write-back, event registration, or check-in. Those capabilities are included only when validated and written into the final scope.
These feature statements define the proposed product. The illustrative screens show how it may feel; the written behavior below is the reference point for what is included.
The Chamber can understand the organization and every important person inside it without flattening them into one account record.
These ideas can be evaluated after launch or during contracting. They are not guaranteed in the initial product unless added in writing.
The investor keeps using ordinary text or email. Chamber staff see the relationship behind the conversation and can step in at any moment.
VP, People & Culture
Thought of you for a Chamber opportunity connected to building a supervisor pipeline for a growing second shift. Would you like the details?
This sounds useful. Could I bring two of our new supervisors?
Absolutely. I can send the registration link and note that you may bring two. Would you like me to do that?Prepared for staff review
The workspace brings the active conversation, relationship summary, open commitment, responsible staff member, event activity, and controls together.
Select each step to see the full flow. Registration, capacity, check-in, and physical attendance remain separate unless an authoritative event source is connected.
Staff create or import the event facts, intended audience, exclusions, attending representatives, and registration link.
The Chamber should expect more consistent engagement, clearer ownership, and better follow-through. Numeric targets will be set from Chamber baselines and tested during the pilot.
Investors receive timely, relevant attention even when staff capacity is stretched.
Open questions, commitments, owners, and next steps remain visible until they are resolved.
Staff spend less time searching old threads and repeating routine drafting while retaining judgment.
The right people are considered, invitations have a reason, and staff arrive with context.
Useful relationship knowledge remains available when staff roles or coverage change.
Leaders can see coverage gaps, exceptions, overdue work, and operational patterns without reading every conversation.
These are expected operational improvements, not guaranteed business results. Success will be measured through response coverage, accuracy, staff usefulness, open commitments, event relevance, delivery issues, opt-outs, and staff confidence.
Finalize written scope, GrowthZone access, communication identity, operating rules, pilot group, and acceptance criteria.
Create the relationship foundation, staff workspace, text and email experience, knowledge controls, and validated connections.
Train selected staff, test real scenarios, measure quality, correct gaps, and rehearse takeover and stop procedures.
Begin production use only after agreed acceptance evidence is complete and the Chamber authorizes launch.
A milestone schedule will be finalized after GrowthZone, data, messaging, and operating decisions are validated. Launch acceptance will be measured against the written capabilities in the final agreement and an agreed set of observable test scenarios. The production subscription does not begin until the platform launches and the Chamber begins using it.
The final agreement will turn the accepted version of this proposal into binding scope, acceptance criteria, support terms, dependencies, and remedies.
If the Chamber requests something outside the written scope, Centervert will evaluate whether it fits the product. If both organizations want to proceed, the feature, cost, schedule, and acceptance criteria will be added through written change control. Discussion alone does not make it a guarantee.
We’re excited to partner with the Greenville Chamber of Commerce to revolutionize chamber technology across the United States. Through this partnership, we would like to offer exclusive pricing.
Twelve monthly invoices totaling $50,000—approximately $4,166.67 per month, with the final invoice adjusted for rounding. The first invoice date will be set in the final agreement.
The $55,000 subscription does not begin while the product is being built and not yet in production use.
The subscription starts on the agreed production launch date. It is billed monthly at the $55,000 annual rate—approximately $4,583.33 per full month—and prorated through the first partial billing year.
The Chamber may continue with monthly invoices totaling $55,000 per year or pay $55,000 for the year in advance. The annual price is the same either way; there is no discount for paying annually.
Two separate schedules: if launch occurs before the 12 development installments are complete, the remaining development invoices continue while SaaS billing begins separately. Partnership pricing is based on up to 20 configured staff-linked digital representative personas. The final agreement will define the annual billing date, included usage, third-party costs, renewal, support, and any future price-adjustment method.
Trustee-level investor membership and mutually agreed visibility opportunities can be documented separately in the final agreement. No specific event placement, speaking role, package value, or public reference right is assumed until written.
These figures are proposed for leadership review. No purchase, development authorization, or commercial commitment exists until both organizations execute definitive written agreements.
THE DECISION REQUESTEDAuthorize structured validation and contracting so Centervert and the Greenville Chamber can finalize the written scope, GrowthZone boundary, operating rules, milestones, acceptance criteria, and commercial terms before the build begins.
